Garnier aimed to deepen consumer engagement by building a direct-to-consumer SMS experience. This initiative invited users to opt into receiving personalized text messages, including product recommendations, beauty tips, exclusive offers, and reminders. Garnier focuses on clean, effective, and sustainable personal care products. To support sign-ups, we also developed a mobile-first landing page that clearly communicated the program’s value and made the opt-in process seamless and compliant.
