Overseeing the production process to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget delivery. This step is critical because the margin for error in production is slim, especially when deadlines and media buys are locked. This includes checking for final creative alignment, aspect ratios, format specs, versioning, and legal disclaimers are correctly placed.
